. You'll oversee purchase ledger operations, support month-end activities and manage a small finance team while contributing to process improvements within a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Lead the day-to-day Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger function, ensuring invoices, supplier payments and reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
• Assist with month-end reporting, including reconciliations, journals and financial analysis.
• Monitor supplier accounts, resolve queries and maintain strong financial controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Manager, Finance Team Leader or similar supervisory finance role.
• Strong knowledge of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes, reconciliations and month-end accounting.
• AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) with excellent Excel and accounting systems experience.

• Salary of £35,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
