As we continue to invest in our future, we're looking for a talented Business Support Manager to play a pivotal role in helping our leadership team deliver ambitious plans and drive meaningful change.

This is a role that will turn strategy into action, influence senior stakeholders and help teams deliver outstanding results. As a Business Support Manager you’ll be organised, commercially minded and enjoy turning strategy into action.

You’ll be acting a trusted partner to senior leader to help, shape and deliver strategic priorities by driving business performance through insightful reporting, analysis and governance. Within this role, you will lead and support transformation, change and business improvement initiative whilst supporting the delivery of business plans to enhance customer outcomes and commercial performance.

You’ll manage senior stakeholder relationships across the Business Banking division, whilst turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and communications.
