Mercor is seeking a Corporate Development Expert for a remote contract role. You will lead valuation and merger modeling, draft and compare deal terms, and prepare board-ready materials for potential transactions across diverse labs and teams.
You will own live transactions end-to-end, from screening to closing, with a focus on accurate financial modeling, strategic diligence, and clear communications to executives. Prior in-house M&A or corporate development experience is required.
