We are working with a Westminster based property investment firm looking for a Credit Controller to take ownership of a busy, high value ledger. The team is tight, the systems are solid, and the culture is genuinely low ego. You will get autonomy from day one and a finance function that actually backs you.

• Managing collections end to end across a live property portfolio
• Building strong working relationships with tenants, managing agents, and internal stakeholders
• Owning your ledger, driving cash in, and keeping aged debt under control
• Partnering closely with AP, accounts, and the wider finance team

• Proven credit control experience, ideally within property, real estate, or another multi entity environment
• Confident holding a firm line while keeping relationships intact
• Someone who takes pride in a clean ledger and does not need micromanaging

• Up to £46,000 depending on experience
• One day a week working from home
• Central Westminster office, easy reach from most lines
