Senior Finance Business Partner

​Are you an experienced finance professional with a strategic mindset? We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic insurance brokerage company in London. In this key role, you will provide strategic financial insights, influence decision-making at senior levels, and lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping business strategies around underwriting, risk and growth opportunities, while driving financial accountability across the organisation.

This position is perm and offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with flexibility. Key skills required include:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualified experience

Extensive experience in finance business partnering within insurance

Strong understanding of insurance financials such as underwriting, reserving and claims dynamics

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives

Exceptional financial modelling, planning and analytics skills

Proficiency in finance systems and data tools for performance reporting
