Paraplanner Gloucester | Up to £50,000 | Full-Time | Office-Based An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing independent financial planning firm in Gloucester as they continue to expand their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive, collaborative business that offers genuine career progression and long-term development. Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, you'll play a key role in the advice process, providing high-quality technical support and helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

The Role Produce accurate and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection. Carry out technical research and product comparisons to support adviser recommendations. Prepare client documentation and ensure all advice files are completed to a high standard. Liaise with advisers, providers and internal teams to keep cases progressing efficiently. Assist with the end-to-end financial planning process, ensuring a smooth client journey.

Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments. Contribute to improving internal processes and supporting the continued growth of the business. About You Level 4 Diploma qualified (desirable). Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA environment. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection. Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for financial planning.
