Position: Head of Finance (Venture Capital)

The company are high growth, profitable and looking to build corporate functions to support organisation growth. Your new role Acting as number 1 in finance, succeeding a Fractional CFO who supported business development and commercialisation. This role will own the next phase of growth including first CASS audit, reporting directly into Founder.

Duties Financial control and reporting Client money & CASS Regulatory reporting Fund and SPV accounting Treasury and payments What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant, coming from a regulated background and be interested in working for a high growth business, you will need hands on client money experience.
