tem is hiring a Head of FP&A to own planning, forecasting and the forward looking view used by leadership and the board. You’ll own the financial model, monthly performance vs plan, and the cash runway narrative, partnering closely with the VP of Financial Performance.
In your first 12 months you’ll standardise the planning process, build a monthly cycle on time for every business area, and codify planning logic into AI-assisted workflows that scale with the company’s growth.
