Xapo Bank is seeking a Treasury AVP to drive Bitcoin-first strategies alongside traditional fixed income investments. You will work closely with the Head of Treasury to structure products and manage risk while delivering innovation in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
This role requires deep fixed income and crypto experience, OTC trading, and the ability to report to ALCO committees. You will design yield enhancements, balance risk, and support hedging across currency and Bitcoin
