Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst within Banking & Savings, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a business that looks after nearly £1 in every £8 saved in the UK. Working across millions of savings and current accounts, you’ll use complex, high volume data to uncover meaningful insights, helping to shape pricing strategies, monitor performance and support future planning.

By identifying trends in customer and market behaviour, you’ll turn data into clear, compelling recommendations that shape pricing strategy, influence senior decision-making and help drive the long-term success of Banking & Savings.

We’re looking for a naturally curious and proactive analyst who enjoys solving problems, exploring data and uncovering the story behind the numbers. You'll be comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and risks, and using insight to support strategic discussions and decision making. You’ll also be confident working with large datasets, developing and maintaining reporting and analytical tools, and delivering both regular MI (management information) and ad-hoc analysis, including supporting pricing integration activities.

Strong numerical and technical skills, combined with the ability to simplify complex information and build effective relationships with stakeholders, will be key to your success.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office.
