The Stellar Select team is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Administrator in London. The role sits in a hybrid model with four days in the office and one day working from home, supporting our servicing and collections function and handling mortgage processing tasks.
You will manage redemption requests, set up direct debits, respond to customer enquiries, and assist in early arrears discussions while ensuring compliance with regulatory duties and Consumer Duty principles.
