Hays Specialist Recruitment in Bristol seeks an Interim Finance Director / Head of Finance for a growing Bristol-based business. The role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on management in a small team environment.
The position is a 4 days on-site, 1 day work-from-home hybrid, a 4-6 month contract with weekly pay and ASAP start. You will report to the Owner/MD and drive financial planning, controls and commercial insight.
