We’re Atom bank
The bank that’s on a mission to make finance faster, simpler and way more human.
We’ve ditched the stuffy banking model to build something that actually works for our customers, whenever and wherever they need us.
To make this happen, we’re looking for like-minded people who can help us reach our goals and think differently.
If you’re ready to build the future of banking, we’d love to meet you.
We really value in-person collaboration so this role requires weekly time in our Newcastle office.
What will your ‘typical’ day look like? Different that’s for sure…:Atom is the UK’s first app-based bank, and our Operations team is at the core of what we do. While this role sits within our Operations team, it isn’t a traditional casework position.
We are looking for a Financial Crime Specialist with a heavy technical focus. If you are driven by system logic, process documentation, and fine-tuning rules alongside IT and vendor partners, this is the role for you.
You’ll take ownership of our Fin Crime tech ecosystem from day one. You’ll lead the end-to-end review, testing, and documentation of our system configurations, setting robust operational standards that enhance our detection capabilities and keep us ahead of evolving threats.
