Your new role
As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team delivering high-quality tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with partners and directors on a wide range of projects, including: company restructuring, shareholder tax planning, employee share schemes, dividend planning, tax-efficient share structures, acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence, management buyouts, estate planning and HMRC enquiries.
You’ll be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value. This is a client-facing role that requires technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
Broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business, and capital taxes
Experience delivering tax planning projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and develop a team Commercial awareness and attention to detailA solutions-focused approach and an ability to work across disciplines
Initiative to spot opportunities and drive advisory work forward
