End to end delivery of the monthly management accounts to include improving the process, reporting and insight as the business grows

Delivering the monthly payment run process

Provide commercial support for customer contracts and lead on driving down debtor days Support supplier negotiations across the business

Support all external reporting as applicable to include the annual audit

Support the Head of Strategic FP&A with the annual strategic planning process

Develop dashboards, reports, and management information to better understand business performance and the key drivers behind it Candidate Criteria:

A passion for AR and the potential this technology brings

An ability to work in a fast paced, often ambiguous, environment learning on the job where required

People oriented and results driven

Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMAA relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery

Ability to partner with senior business leaders
Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Experience of working in a start-up environment and/or a global company is desirable, but not essential
