Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a qualified Money Advice Caseworker to join our advice team. You’ll use your money guidance skills to support clients facing financial difficulties, help them understand options, resolve debt issues and improve their financial wellbeing.
You’ll need a recognised money advice qualification and recent experience managing your own caseload. You’ll work in a supportive team, with the option to remote, hybrid, or office-based work from our North Yorkshire offices
