About you 3-10 years' experience in Transaction Services, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, or a highly analytical environment Strong expertise in financial modelling, with an emphasis on complex analysis, valuation, and economic modelling Proven track record in M&A, valuations, and strategic financial assessment Deep understanding of financial metrics relevant to SaaS and technology sectors (ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, R&D efficiency) Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial analysis Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
