£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary + commission

Mainly remote working. Candidates must be local to Edinburgh. Initial training period in Edinburgh with some face-to-face meeting with introducers and management thereafter.

You will also be supported by substantial administrative assistance, allowing you to focus primarily on advising clients and building relationships rather than paperwork.

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage process
• Work with warm leads supplied by local introducers
• Maintain professional communication with clients and third parties
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborate effectively within a small remote team
• Deliver excellent customer service and positive client outcomes

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• New build experience advanteagous but not essentail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment
• Organised, self-motivated, and professional approach
• Comfortable managing client cases from enquiry through to completion
