Finance Business Partner Belfast £40,000 - £45,000 Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an established and highly successful organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take on a key role supporting commercial decision-making, profitability and overall business performance.

The Role Partner with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams to provide meaningful financial insight and constructive challenge. Analyse business performance and profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Prepare product costings and support the commercial evaluation of new and existing product lines. Drive improvements across financial reporting, processes and analysis to support better decision-making. Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning processes.

Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring financial information is understood and translated into actionable insight.

The Person Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and challenge key business drivers. Excellent financial modelling, analytical and data interpretation skills. A curious, proactive problem solver who enjoys getting into the detail and understanding how a business operates. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with non-financial stakeholders.
