Job Description & How to Apply Below

This role sits within our Financial Risk Solutions (FRS) Dealing Room Team, a specialist team within Group Business Banking that supports customers with foreign exchange and other risk management solutions. The team plays a key role in helping businesses operate confidently in both domestic and international markets.

The purpose of this role is to deliver value through a combination of accurate trade execution, market insight and strong relationship management. You’ll support customers in understanding and managing their exposure to financial markets, while contributing to the growth of the FX business.

The role has a direct impact on both customer outcomes and commercial performance, requiring a strong focus on service, revenue generation and adherence to regulatory and risk standards, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

As an FX Dealer/Relationship Manager within FRS, you’ll combine hands‑on foreign exchange dealing with proactive relationship management for SME and Corporate customers. You’ll execute FX transactions accurately in a fast‑paced environment while building strong client relationships and helping customers manage currency risk.

Working directly with customers, you’ll discuss market movements, understand their exposures and identify opportunities to support their business objectives through appropriate solutions. You’ll play a key role in growing the FX business, delivering income, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience through every interaction.
