Right Pear is seeking an International Finance & Advisory Manager for a fully remote UK-based role with occasional international travel (Africa/US 3-4 times per year). You will partner with growing businesses across sub-Saharan Africa to strengthen finance functions, improve reporting and enable better commercial decisions.
The role combines management accounting, forecasting, financial modelling and systems work, with autonomy to shape the role over time and engage senior stakeholders.
