Remote Compliance Lead - Fintech & Payments

your Jared is building a UK compliance function for a fast-growing cross-border payments and BaaS platform. This hands-on seat reports to the Group Head of Compliance and will own day-to-day financial crime and operational compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
You'll manage customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and controls as the function scales, with FCA pre-approval support and UK regulatory exposure central to the role.
