Open Energy Transition seeks a Head of Finance & Operations to lead the financial backbone of a growing IT/Energy non-profit. This is a fully remote role with global team interaction and strong emphasis on project accounting, restricted funds, and donor reporting.
You will report to the CEO and shape budgeting, internal controls, and business systems across finance, IT, and compliance for a lean but impactful organization.
