HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading manufacturing businesses to recruit a Finance Manager. The business delivers projects across the UK and Ireland, and continues to grow year on year.

About the Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of financial management and day-to-day office administration, working closely with the Directors and department managers to provide financial insight and help drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheets and cashflow forecasts
• Manage VAT returns and liaise with external accountants on year-end accounts and audits
• Oversee sales and purchase ledger, including debtor management and payment runs
• Process weekly and monthly payroll, including pension submissions
• Review project profitability, margins and job costing
• Manage office administration, insurances and supplier contracts
• Implement financial controls and identify efficiency improvements

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ATI) or Qualified by Experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience managing payroll
• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hands-on role
