120,000 Plus Bonus, Plus Bens Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Risk Manager / Head of Risk to join our high profile client.

My client is a well known international Broker. They have offices globally and are well known in the low latency and equities space.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the UK Enterprise Risk Management Framework including monitoring, overseeing, challenging and providing.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for the identification and oversight of key risks, maintenance of the risk register, supporting the oversight of outsourcing arrangements, and internal and external risk reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong and up-to-date knowledge of contemporary regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to the broader Financial Services industry as well as the local UK market. Your Responsibilities:

Running the ICAAP including all facets of testing Responsibility for all UK Credit, Market and Counter party Risk Risk and Compliance Oversight across the UK entity Own Enterprise Risk Management Risk and Control Self Assessment process (RCSA) for the UK Risk Reporting Creating and reporting on the Risk Framework within the UK and EMEA Managing changes in FCA regulation Working with the Global Risk Team Your

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in second line risk management in a Financial Services environment ideally sell side or brokerage. Strong experience across one of Market or Credit Risk

Experience of the ICAAP process Detailed knowledge of Operational Risk & Resiliency Frameworks including Risk taxonomies, RCSA processes, Risk Registers and Event analysis;
Professional or third level qualification ideally in Risk, Compliance, Business or Finance. STEM Degree My client is based in London.

This role offer some remote work but this will be office based.
