Mortgage Quality and Compliance Coordinator

As our New Partner Compliance Co-ordinator
, you'll play a vital role in supporting mortgage firms and advisers as they join the Stonebridge Network and work towards accreditation. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service to advisers, reviewing complex mortgage and insurance cases, maintaining accurate compliance records, producing management information, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the New Partner Compliance Team.

Key responsibilities

Manage the New Partner Compliance Team mailbox
, responding to adviser queries promptly and professionally while meeting agreed service levels.

Review complex mortgage and insurance cases
, providing guidance and support to advisers to help them achieve required standards.

Liaise with advisers and internal stakeholders
, including Senior Audit colleagues, to resolve case-related issues.

Handle inbound adviser calls
, delivering accurate information and excellent customer service.

Maintain compliance records, databases and spreadsheets
, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.

Produce and distribute management information (MI) to support operational oversight and decision making.

Run and review weekly MI reports
, taking appropriate follow-up actions and highlighting trends where appropriate.

Audit team records and logs
, ensuring compliance activity is accurately documented and maintained.

Monitor adviser training and competency requirements
, supporting advisers through accreditation and onboarding processes.

Support the administration of new partner onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive adviser experience.

Build strong working relationships with advisers and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to greater team efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure all activities are completed in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements and data protection standards.

Experience in an administrative, compliance, quality assurance or adviser support role
, ideally within mortgage, protection or financial services
.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with advisers and colleagues.

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a great adviser experience.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
