• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive finance management experience
• Proven background within manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Experience with financial controls, statutory reporting, and audits
• Knowledge of process improvement and financial systems implementation

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and report findings to senior management
• Maintain financial controls, oversee reconciliations, and coordinate external audits
