We are working with a Westminster based property investment firm looking for a Credit Controller to take ownership of a busy, high value ledger. The team is tight, the systems are solid, and the culture is genuinely low ego. You will get autonomy from day one and a finance function that actually backs you.

What you will be doing:

Managing collections end to end across a live property portfolio

Building strong working relationships with tenants, managing agents, and internal stakeholders

Owning your ledger, driving cash in, and keeping aged debt under control

Partnering closely with AP, accounts, and the wider finance team

What we are looking for:

Proven credit control experience, ideally within property, real estate, or another multi entity environment

Confident holding a firm line while keeping relationships intact

Someone who takes pride in a clean ledger and does not need micromanaging
