Who we need Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Advisory, we are hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Global Advisory team in London. As our new Senior Consultant, you will lead the valuation management and review process for portfolios of commercial real estate assets across EMEA, partnering with some of the world's largest banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and investment managers.
You will combine your expertise in commercial real estate valuation with strong client relationship management, financial modelling, and project leadership to deliver high-quality valuation reviews while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the team. This is an office-based role in London, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. What’s in it for you A truly international real estate advisory career.
Unlike traditional valuation firms where your focus is often limited to one local market, you will work across commercial real estate portfolios throughout Europe and beyond. You'll gain exposure to investments in markets including Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Romania, and other countries across EMEA while partnering with globally recognized institutional investors. Meaningful client exposure. From the beginning, you will build relationships with sophisticated clients including leading investment funds, banks, and institutional investors.
You'll participate in valuation discussions, portfolio reviews, and client meetings, developing commercial and consulting skills that are often reserved for much more senior professionals elsewhere. A role with variety and ownership. You'll take ownership of complex client mandates from beginning to end, balancing technical valuation review, project management, stakeholder communication, and mentorship. Every portfolio presents new challenges, making this an opportunity to continuously expand your expertise.
A collaborative and supportive team. You'll join a diverse, international team that values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional development. Whether you're expanding your technical expertise or building your leadership capabilities, you'll be supported by experienced managers invested in your long-term success. As our new Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead valuation review engagements. You will oversee the valuation management and review process for commercial property portfolios across EMEA, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule while taking ownership of multiple client mandates. Partner with clients. You will build trusted relationships with clients, valuers, and internal stakeholders, facilitating valuation discussions, presenting quarterly review findings, and helping clients understand key valuation movements and portfolio risks.
Apply your valuation expertise. You will review ARGUS and Excel valuation models, assess discounted cash flow analyses, validate market assumptions, identify potential risks, and ensure valuation conclusions are well supported. Analyze and communicate insights. You will prepare market research, identify portfolio trends, measure property risk metrics, and develop presentations and reports that support client decision-making. Mentor and develop others. You will provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior colleagues, support workload planning, share technical expertise, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Continuously improve. You will participate in ongoing training, stay current with valuation methodologies and industry developments, and contribute ideas that strengthen team processes and client service. You bring:
The industry expertise. You have experience in commercial real estate, ideally within valuation, real estate advisory, or a closely related consulting environment. You understand valuation principles and are comfortable discussing valuation assumptions with clients and stakeholders. The technical capability. You have advanced Excel and financial modelling skills and can confidently review complex valuation models.
Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, Value Insight, Developer, or similar valuation platforms is an asset but can be learned. The client management skills. You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues, present technical information clearly, and build credibility through professionalism and sound judgement. The leadership approach. You enjoy mentoring others, balancing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You thrive in collaborative environments where…
