The Flex is building the next generation of flexible accommodation and operates across multiple cities and countries. We seek a Senior Finance Analyst to own critical financial processes, analyze performance, and help us scale with the founders and leadership.
You will manage reporting, automate workflows, reconcile payments from distribution channels, and build dashboards to reveal unit economics and cash flow. This is a fast-moving, globally oriented role with strong growth potential.
