As an Employment Tax Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients on employment tax and social security matters, helping them navigate complex regulations, manage risk, and identify opportunities for tax efficiency. You will work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and tax teams, providing practical advice that supports compliance and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Advise clients on employment tax and social security implications of employment arrangements, compensation, and benefits.
Provide guidance on employer reporting, withholding, and compliance obligations.
Support employment tax reviews, audits, health checks, and remediation projects.
Manage fringe benefit tax compliance and related data analysis.
Identify employment tax risks and develop practical strategies to mitigate exposure.
Advise on contingent workforce compliance, governance, and operational processes.
Monitor legislative developments and communicate their impact to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality and commercially focused solutions.
Develop and implement employment tax strategies that support clients' business and workforce objectives.
Lead employment tax projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and professional development.
The role includes leading complex client engagements and driving business growth through strategic client relationships and innovative employment tax solutions.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in our London office three days a week
