Accounts Assistant

Our client is looking for an accounts assistant to start ASAP for a period of around 12 months. They work one day per week in the office and are open to both full time hours and part time.

Client Details

Our client is a very niche International manufacturing business in Leicester. They are based in the City Centre, but only typically go to the office 1 day per week.

Description

Process purchase invoices and post them to the system
Look after the accounts mailbox, resolving any supplier queries
Processing expenses
Looking after credit cards, reconciling these, making sure everything matches
International banking
Payments
Any other ad hoc accounts based tasksProfile

We are looking for a candidate available at short notice, with a background in a varied accounts role. Business Central experience would be advantageous.

Job Offer

Salary £29,000-£31,000
Part or full time hours
Hybrid working, with lots of flex to work from home
Fine to do school drop off/pick up
