Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a well-established Insolvency firm in Altrincham to recruit an Insolvency Administrator . This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career within Corporate Insolvency, with particular focus on Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Administrations .

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with emphasis on CVLs and Administrations. Drafting statutory reports, letters, and other key documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. Undertaking investigations into company affairs and preparing necessary reports. Assisting senior colleagues with complex cases and contributing to team targets. Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation, internal procedures, and case progression deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate : A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a Corporate Insolvency role. Solid knowledge of CVLs and Administrations. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient IT skills, with experience using insolvency software (desirable but not essential). A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
