As a Financial Services Co-Ordinator , you'll become a key part of the client journey, working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing You'll act as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a professional and personalised service throughout their financial planning journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing relationships with approximately 200 clients and handling day-to-day enquiries Coordinating annual client reviews and booking appointments Preparing welcome packs, review packs, and client documentation Managing Financial Planner diaries and workflow activity Tracking cases through to completion and liaising with internal teams Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring KYC information remains up to date Preparing professional client correspondence and documentation Processing Letters of Authority and gathering information from providers Supporting the delivery of compliant, high-quality financial advice Ensuring adherence to FCA regulations, company procedures, and best practice standards What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with experienced financial services professionals who have a strong background in financial planning administration and client support.

You'll ideally have:
Experience supporting Financial Planners within an IFA or Wealth Management environment Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and client servicing Experience using back-office systems such as Intelligent Office Familiarity with Cash Calc, Dynamic Planner, and provider platforms Experience preparing Letters of Authority, applications, suitability documentation, and review packs Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and detail-focused approach to work Why Join?
