Part-time Finance Manager

Position: Part-time Finance Manager - 12 month contract
Finance Manager (Part-Time) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Fully Remote (Norfolk based) Keeler Recruitment is partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking a flexible, part-time role within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation. Taking ownership of the finance function, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team with both operational and strategic financial management.

Working alongside a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of financial activities while providing valuable insight to support business performance and future growth.

Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day finance function and ensuring financial processes run efficiently Producing monthly management accounts and delivering meaningful financial reporting Monitoring cash flow and overseeing banking and payment activities Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across the business Managing payroll and ensuring compliance with VAT requirements Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making Reviewing financial controls and identifying opportunities for process improvement Supporting and mentoring a Finance Assistant Liaising with external advisers and supporting year-end and statutory reporting activities About You We are keen to speak with qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who have experience operating within a broad finance role, ideally within an SME environment.

You will be able to demonstrate:
Strong management accounting experience Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Knowledge of payroll and VAT processes Advanced Excel capabilities and experience using Xero The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement What's on Offer?
