Job Description & How to Apply Below
You'll work closely with both finance and commercial teams, gaining broad exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across areas including revenue, sales and production. A big part of the role will be taking complex information and turning it into clear, useful insight, producing reporting and commentary that can be understood and acted upon by senior non-finance stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in project-based analysis, helping the business identify trends, challenge performance and make better-informed decisions.
This is a role with plenty of scope to develop. You'll be supported by an experienced finance team while being given the opportunity to build your confidence in business partnering, financial modelling and presenting your findings. For a part-qualified accountant looking to move further into FP&A and develop a genuinely commercial skillset, this offers a strong combination of responsibility, support and exposure within a business that is continuing to grow.
Skills Needed Previous experience within FP&A, management accounting or a commercially focused finance role, with exposure to budgeting and forecasting. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret complex financial data. A genuine interest in understanding business performance, with the ability to turn analysis into clear commentary and recommendations. Confident communicator who is comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders and building strong relationships across the business.
Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA, with a clear ambition to continue developing professionally. What You Will Receive Genuine exposure to FP&A, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis and performance reporting. The opportunity to work closely with commercial and senior stakeholders and develop your business partnering skills. Structured training, mentoring and full study support to help you progress towards qualification.
A hybrid working environment with three days working from home, alongside private healthcare and retail benefits. The chance to develop within a specialist, growing business where your analysis can have a visible impact on performance. Summary This is a strong opportunity for a part-qualified accountant who wants to move beyond traditional management reporting and build a career in FP&A. If you enjoy working with data, questioning performance and turning numbers into something the wider business can actually use, this role offers the exposure and support to take that next step.
