Finance Support Officer

3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Finance Support Officer to join our Coventry based client on a hybrid working basis (2 days working from home). Within the finance department, you’ll work as part of a close knit team of four and report into a supportive, personable Finance Manager who values development and collaboration.

This role offers regular interaction with teams across Finance, Sales and Operations - so strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders are essential! Duties Will Include Support day to day finance operations - ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Act as a point of contact for finance queries, providing clear information to colleagues and external partners Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring data is up to date and compliant with internal controls Invoice processing - including coding, matching and resolving discrepancies Preparing routine financial reports, summaries and reconciliations to support month end Monitor financial workflows, flagging issues such as missing approvals, incorrect coding or delayed submissions Carry out general finance administration, including data entry, filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
