HOURS:

8.30am to 5pm, M-F (3pm finish on a Friday!)

Office Angels are proud to be recruiting this fantastic opportunity for a Global company based in Ashford. Our client is a leader in its sector and you will be based in modern offices close to the M20 offering an excellent working environment with free fruit, pastries and snacks for staff. This role is working as a part of a large Finance team where you will be supported in your role, once trained you also have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week with an early 3pm finish on a Friday!

This is a temporary starting immediately for 6 months, however there could be further opportunities.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Ensuring customers payments are received in accordance to agreed payment terms
Acting as a point of contact for customers to resolve invoice issues and collect payments
Liaising effectively with Commercial, Customer Service and Finance teams
Bank Reconciliation for incoming cash
Applying payments, debit and credit memos to customer accounts
Assisting with month-end close process for receivables (Bank Reconciliation and AR balances reconciliation)
Processing customers rebates and manual credit notes
Preparing Accounts Receivable Monthly Analysis
Preparing of the Quarterly Bad Debt accrual
Other accounts duties as required
