About the Job Support the Group's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and longer-term business planning Develop and maintain financial models that underpin business decision-making Work with large, complex datasets to produce accurate, insightful management reporting Investigate variances, identify trends, and flag potential risks or issues to the wider Finance team Build strong working relationships across Finance and the broader business, communicating financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new systems and ways of working Requirements:
