Rooted Recruitment Limited is supporting an established technology business in Wrexham with the recruitment of a Part-time Bookkeeper. Following significant investment and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised and dependable finance professional seeking a part-time position within a successful and innovative organisation.
- Load supplier payments onto the banking system as requested by the relevant manager, ensuring information is entered accurately and promptly.
- Process and load invoices onto the company’s finance system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Provide daily reporting on key financial figures, including bank balances and other relevant information at the start of the working day.
- Monitor incoming transactions and promptly report significant payments received, supporting effective day-to-day financial oversight.
- £30,000 FTE salary, paid on a pro-rate basis according to agreed part-time hours.
- Part-time working pattern of 2 days per week, initially office-based in Wrexham, with some working from home potentially available once established.

- Previous bookkeeping, accounts administration or similar finance experience, with confidence handling invoices, payments and financial records.

- Comfortable using finance systems and online banking platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Reliable, organised and able to handle sensitive financial information professionally and confidentially, with the right to work in the UK.
