Strategy Design & Review Analyst

Working in the Business Support area of Nationwide’s arrears management function, Collections & Recoveries, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to progress their career within the Secured Strategy team on a 12 month secondment.

The role will focus on enhancing the team’s insight into the delinquent portfolios for all products that support the department’s vision to “Deliver best in class Collections and Recoveries performance through great customer service, via inspired people in a flexible and cost-efficient manner with the agility to adapt to changing business needs”.
