ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage finance and payroll for NADP, supporting disability and inclusion practitioners in education. Work with the Operations Manager in this permanent, home-based role.
HOURS AND PAY15 hours weekly. £32,000 FTE; calculated part-time salary £12,800 annually (15/37.5 hours).
RESPONSIBILITIES- Reconcile accounts, maintain records, manage payments and credit control.
- Produce reports, forecasts and variance analysis; support year-end accounts and accountant queries.
- Coordinate external payroll processing and resolve queries.
- Support membership enquiries, administration and online/in-person events.
- Maintain secure records and follow data-protection requirements.
Finance, payroll, reporting and forecasting experience, with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience. Clear communication, independent working and careful handling of confidential information are essential. Charity/membership experience and Sage or Xero knowledge are desirable.
