This opportunity is for a CAS-status Mortgage Advisor who shares that ambition.

Before asking “Which lender will do this?” you want to understand what the client is really trying to achieve. You ask thoughtful - and sometimes difficult - questions, connect the detail to the bigger picture and look for solutions others may overlook. A decline doesn't automatically end the conversation.

You investigate, explore alternatives and respectfully challenge decisions where appropriate.

You see the person behind the numbers. You're an exceptional listener with the emotional intelligence to understand both…
