Accounts Payable Assistant

Your new company You will be working for a growing and well respected organisation joining their busy finance function. Your new role You will be providing 12 month fixed term cover in the Accounts Payable team. This is a busy function and you will need previous accounts payable experience. You will be working on a shared in box, covering a wide range of invoices and also processing expenses.

You will be in a friendly and busy team working on a hybrid basis of 3 days in office and 2 work from home. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have proven delivery of end to end Accounts Payable ideally working on a shared inbox. You will be experienced at processing invoices, setting up new accounts, complex reconciliations, supplier statements and processing expenses.

You will be experienced at analysing expenses for multiple entities and you will also post journals if necessary. You will be a keen team player and be working in a small accounts payable team as part of the wider finance function. You will be working on a full time basis and the role is hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
