Key responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis of management accounts Preparation of budgets/forecasts Tax compliance Overseeing and developing the finance team Managing relationships with key external stakeholders Leading the year-end audit process Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function Act as a business partner to commercial teams Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements:
