Key Duties Prepare monthly management accounts, Board reports and statutory accounts. Lead month-end, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decisions. Ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance. Improve finance systems, processes and reporting. Requirements:
