• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for finance professionals, from initial contact to successful placement.

• Source, screen, and interview high-caliber finance candidates, assessing their skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and headhunting techniques.
• Provide market insights and consultancy on compensation trends and talent availability within the finance sector.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team recruitment targets.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant portion focused on the finance or accounting sector.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Accountants, Financial Managers, and Analysts.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, qualifications, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA,
