Ready to accelerate your Finance career? Join one of the UK’s biggest retailers and gain hands-on finance experience while studying towards a professional CIMA accountancy qualification. Our 3-year Finance Graduate role is functionally led, so you’ll develop deep expertise while rotating through a range of specialisms – including Controllership, Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Specialist Finance teams such as Tax Treasury and Investor Relations.

Through a series of structured placements, you’ll build your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership capability, taking on significant responsibility as your career progresses. At the same time, you’ll study towards your CIMA accounting qualification with Kaplan Financial, working towards becoming a Chartered Management Accountant while applying your learning in a real business environment from day one.

• Commercial Finance – Partnering with teams across the business to influence decisions, support trading performance, and deliver great outcomes for customers
• Controllership & Accounting – Ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining robust controls, and providing insight into business performance
• Specialist Finance teams – where you can build expertise across areas such as Tax, Treasury, Audit, Pensions, and Investor Relations
