Relationship Mgr Bus Savings

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join our Business Relationships team, supporting some of the UK's largest and most complex business savings customers.

You’ll manage a portfolio of established relationships while identifying opportunities to grow balances, increase wallet share and attract new business to Nationwide. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and account opening through to ongoing relationship management and strategic deposit discussions.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of Nationwide's Business Banking proposition. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Product & Pricing, Risk, Financial Crime and Lending teams, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer outcomes whilst acting as a subject matter expert for business deposits across the wider organisation.

The working hours per week for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London or Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
