• Analyze insurance portfolios to identify risk exposures suitable for reinsurance.
• Assist in the negotiation and placement of reinsurance treaties with reinsurers.
• Monitor the performance of existing reinsurance contracts and manage treaty renewals.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports related to reinsurance costs and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements pertaining to reinsurance.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to support reinsurance objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance , finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts and principles is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis software.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
